• Heat treated in PLC controlled furnace
• Calibrated to maintain perfect load and horizontal position for long time
• Plastic / ABS / galvanized steel Anti slip surface top plate
• Jointed by PVC coated twisted steel wire rope with steel base
• Plastic molded brackets are provided to adjust height for different type of yarn

Pantograph is provided with spring for smooth uniform doffing with zero tilting for sliver can with dia more than 600mm

BOTTOM PLATE AND BOTTOM RING

• Pressed on heavy duty deep drawing power press
• Embossed Galvanized bottom plate having caster fitting arrangements
• Bottom Ring gives support to the sliver cans and hold its balance

For silver cans without casters, we can provide bottom ring made from angles and welded with rod ring

TOP RING AND TOP BAND

• Made from Stainless Steel / galvanized steel
• Fitted on the top of HDPE body for smooth and perfect round shape

TOP PLATE AND SPRING PLATE

• Made from Plastic / ABS / Galvanized Steel with anti-slip surface.
• Top plate has friction surface to anchor the initial coils of sliver preventing throw out.
• Light, Strong and non - corrosive.
